The bucolic dream can be yours at this stunning farmhouse just outside Rijsbergen. Around fifteen minutes by car from Zundert and the birthplace of Vincent van Gogh, it's hidden among lush green forests and lakes. Peaceful and serene, you'll have beautiful grounds to explore, along with a large private pond to dip your toes in and a superb wood-fired hot tub. As beautiful inside as it is out, it's a smart, stylish space with a contemporary look. We love the little character features dotted all over, like exposed brick walls and curved windows, as well as the huge window wall in the living room, looking out to the landscape. In the evenings, cook in the well-kitted-out kitchen and either eat inside or out on the terrace. Bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and comfy, with one room sleeping a total of four – two on the main floor and two on the mezzanine above. Not far from the lakes, there are plenty of nearby walking trails to explore, along with summer swimming at the lakeside beach. And if you're keen on a cultural day out, it's just a fifty-minute drive to Antwerp.
