The undoubted highlight is the enclosed terrace, with its high stone walls offering plenty of privacy and an inviting pool perfect for a refreshing dip on sweltering summer afternoons. Inside, the home boasts a clean, minimalist style, with white walls, earth-toned furniture and an inviting open-plan layout. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors offer seamless indoor-outdoor access so you can easily pad between the kitchen and the covered dining area. Each of the bedrooms is an oasis of calm. However, it's the main bedroom on the first floor that's sure to stand out with its expansive balcony overlooking the pool. It's a delightful spot to start the day with a cup of coffee as the water glistens in the morning sun below. Beach lovers will find a spectacular stretch of white sand and crystal-clear waters at Playa del Muro, approximately 12km away. At the same time, golfers can tee off at Pollença Golf Club, a similar distance away. Closer to home, the town of Sa Pobla is well worth exploring. The central square and surrounding streets are lined with buzzing bars and fantastic restaurants serving up traditional dishes and small plate tapas.
