  • This home is spread over three floors, with no internal lift

  • Guests have access to the main home, and studio above the garage which has its own kitchenette

  • Due to the steep incline, walking to the beach is not advisable

  • There is parking for up to four cars on the driveway

  • There is electric vehicle charging available here

  • The garage is used for storage and is not accessible to guests

  • Due to the mountain location, phone signal can be patchy

  • A gate clicker will gain you access to the private road, however, larger vehicles will need to access the home via a longer back route as this road is not suitable

  • Due to the location, you may run into some bugs during your stay

  • On Mondays, a gardener will be present
