When visiting a city as rich in sights as Rome, it’s important to take some time to yourself to recharge your batteries. This apartment has not one, but two terraces for you to relax on – it’s a marvellous base for your city break. Wake up in the morning feeling refreshed after a superb night’s sleep in an oh-so-comfortable bed, and move straight out to the balcony just off the master bedroom. Sip coffee and eat pastries and fresh fruit while you soak up a moment of tranquillity. Will you spend your day visiting museums and galleries, or brave the heat of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum? Villa Borghese and its stunning gardens are a mere six-minute walk from the apartment, so it’s a lovely place to start your day. Lively Piazza di Spagna is similarly close, just seven minutes away on foot. There you can watch the world go by from a cafe or restaurant, and revel in the atmosphere of this fabulous city. In the afternoon, head back to the apartment. Take a book and glass of lemonade up to the terrace and sunbathe in peace, feeling a million miles from the crowds of the city below. The apartment itself is spacious and bright, with an instantly calming vibe. It’s the perfect choice for a visit to Rome.

About Flaminio
Lying just north of the city center, on the left side of the river Tiber, Flaminio stretches from Piazza del Popolo all the way up to Ponte Milvio —the Roman "Bridge of the Arts". Named after Via Flaminia — one of the most ancient Roman roads, connecting the capital to the Adriatic Sea — this neighbourhood is more about modern art & architecture than history. It was, indeed only after...

Host
This home is managed by Martina
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Martina and her team take care of a whole host of flats around the place, so they’ve got the nuts and bolts of the operation perfected. They’re all pretty knowledgeable as well, so don’t be afraid to ask for tips on local restaurants and bars.
