But when you're looking for some quiet time, find your own spot in the garden overlooking the pool before diving into some coffee and a good read – or a cocktail. When you're looking to venture out and explore, the eight-minute drive to Medulin will allow you to stock up on supplies and have an evening out. We recommend making the thirteen-minute drive to Pula where you'll find historic roman monuments and cuisine teeming with Venetian influence. Try having Istrian truffles grated over your pasta – you won't regret it!
