This apartment in the centre of Athens feels like a rare gem. It’s not often we find a one-bedroom apartment, this central, with a big terrace and its own Jacuzzi. The apartment itself is a vibrant medley of modern artworks and slate-grey furnishings. In monochrome style, the kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. It’s the outside space that really takes the biscuit here – the terrace is shaded by the heat by pristine white awnings and there’s plenty of room on the rattan armchairs for drinks outside. Soak in the bubbling Jacuzzi at the end of a day exploring the ancient sites of Athens. Speaking of which, the old-world charm of the Plaka neighbourhood is just a fifteen-minute walk away where narrow cobbled alleyways are home to funky bars and rustic restaurants. The Acropolis is a further five minutes away, the crowning glory of Athens’ ancient history.

About Athens
