It's not uncommon for apartment buildings in Dubai to come with a whole host of excellent amenities, but this one really stands out from the pack. For those who want to keep active, there are two swimming pools – one inside and another up on the rooftop – as well as a fitness centre. However, if exercise is the last thing on your mind when you're on your travels, you'll probably be happy to hear that there's a spa area where you can get massages and beauty treatments, plus a great choice of restaurants and eateries that range from a patisserie and Belgian cafe to a steak house and an alfresco shisha bar. What about the actual home itself? Well, that's rather special, too. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out to spectacular views of the city skyline and bring in copious amounts of natural light at the same time. Alongside that, you can expect large pieces of artwork on the walls, chic furnishings and large bathrooms that wouldn't look out of place in the aforementioned spa area. You might never feel a pressing desire to leave the building, but if you do, you'll find plenty to occupy you in the local area. JBR Beach is only five minutes' walk away, while the shops and restaurants on the magnificent Palm Jumeirah take less than ten minutes to reach in the car.
