The interior is uncluttered and contemporary, with a pared-back colour scheme and one wallpapered feature wall in both the living area and bedroom. An en-suite marble bathroom adds a touch of luxury to the home, while the balcony space is an excellent addition to make use of during the cooler parts of the day. With the mercury rising, the building offers a communal pool up on the roof and private beach access that looks back over the skyscrapers of Media City and the Marina. And if the temps are topping out by the water, feel free to make the most of the air-conditioned fitness centre.
