This modern, detached, single-storey home is located within a holiday park, on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar and the river Ijssel. L-shaped and light filled, thanks to near floor to ceiling glass windows, this comfortable home features an open plan kitchen and dining cum living room complete with cosy fireplace. Sliding glass doors open out from the living room onto the terrace and surrounding greenery of the garden – the perfect place to relax or watch the kids play. Promising fun for the whole family, this home’s holiday park location offers access to an outdoor communal pool and children’s playground as well as a guests only gym, sauna and steam room. Why not rent bikes or even a boat and set off on a little adventure? Alternatively, spend afternoon walking or fishing along the banks of the river before making a beeline for the park’s restaurant and bar come lunch or dinner time. For a taste of Netherlandish culture Zutphen, one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands is only 20km away.
