Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

In the vibrant Zona Buenos Aires neighbourhood of Milan, this ultra-modern apartment is a short walk from the central train station. In the immediate area, you’ve got international fashion houses, department stores and myriad local trattoria and global eateries to explore. It’s a half-hour stroll to the Duomo, or hop on the metro at Lima (a two-minute walk) or catch a tram just outside the front door. Central Station is a five-minute dander if you want to get out of the city and escape to the Lakes for a day. It sits on a grand street where neo-classic buildings are fringed with wrought-iron balconies. You’ve got your own little balustraded balcony overlooking the street. The streets outside may be buzzing with shops, cafés and restaurants, but this apartment is a haven of calm inside. Think gallery-white walls with modern artworks displayed, a stone-grey sofa and a pink scalloped armchair to curl up with a good book. Dining comes courtesy of plush velvet chairs and there’s a laptop-friendly desk should you need to work remotely.

About Stazione Centrale

While it may lack the glamour and history of the more central areas, Stazione Centrale shouldn’t be overlooked. The station itself is something to behold - a behemoth of steel, glass and marble built in the 1930s to inspire awe as travellers arrived in Italy. The area is a bustling hive of activity, filled with small businesses and international cuisines of all types, allowing a more varied experience of Milan...
