Corfu attracts many people to its glorious island every year, and it's home like this demonstrating why. Situated on the edge of Greece's Ionian sea, this villa offers a slice of Corfu's historic beauty, but with all the trimmings of modern luxury you could possibly need on a trip away. The star attraction here is your proximity to a wonderful private beach, which is quite literally at the foot of the garden. Wake up late with a black coffee in hand, and wander a matter of metres until your bare feet touch warm sand. This home is built around celebrating outdoor living. Whether you're sliding open the huge glass doors to the iroko wooden deck, diving between the swimming pool and the hot tub, or simply admiring views of the distant mountains while lounging inside of the home, you'll always have the feeling of indulging on your own private alfresco mezze here. But being part of a wider estate means there's always the option to leave your private sanctuary and immerse yourself in the community around through use of a shared gym and sauna. The location of this home is one you'll most likely not want to leave. But if you do fancy venturing further afield, Corfu is an island with so much to explore. Those with a hire car will be able to take full advantage. Lefkimmi is a lovely town you can reach in less than ten-minutes for evenings out dining on a different kind of mezze, while the party hub of Kavos can also be reached in a ten-minute drive. If lively bars aren't your cup of tea, then why not take advantage of the vibrant beaches here? There are plenty of them dotted around this southern part of Corfu.

About Kavos

The sociable seaside town of Kavos rose to popularity back in the 1980s as Corfu’s leading party resort – and it still definitely holds that reputation today. The bustling strip is filled with bars and clubs that come alive in the evenings, while the beaches buzz with the sounds of banana boats and jet skis on sunny days. However, Kavos is so much more than that. It’s a pretty village...
