Gather with friends and family at this picturesque single-storey home on the scenic North Norfolk coast. Inside, the interior flows from one space to the next, thanks to an open layout that's well illuminated by a vast ceiling lantern overhead. With all that natural light flooding in, your hosts have stuck with a pared-back colour palette in the kitchen/dining room that doesn't distract from the gorgeous garden views viewable through the wall of windows that runs the entire length of the space. So during those months of the year when it's not warm enough to sit outside, you can still enjoy the feeling of alfresco dining or kicking back on the sofa with the sun on your skin without having to don your coat. Elsewhere, a cosy lounge ditches the monochrome tones, creating a welcoming space to put your feet up in front of the TV. Given the home's coastal location, the five individually decorated bedrooms run with a subtle nautical theme to create sanctuaries of calm to retreat to at the end of the day. Three come with their en-suites so you can preen and pamper to your heart's content, safe in the knowledge there's no one waiting patiently outside,... with the fourth and fifth bedrooms sharing the main family bathroom. On sunny days, make the most of the attractive garden and sit in the shade of the towering trees, or make a pot of tea to share around the outdoor dining table. There's plenty of space for the kids to run around out here, and even if you're not outside, you can still keep an eye on them through the windows. For adventures beyond the confines of the grounds, you're within walking distance of West Runton and its cliff-backed sandy beach. There are plenty of other charming coastal villages, including Cromer (just a few miles away) and Wells-next-the-Sea, within a short drive. Finally, you can't visit this corner of the country and not at least consider spending a day exploring the stunning Norfolk Broads by boat.

This home is managed by Oliver
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways.
