Perfectly positioned on the edge of the Adriatic Sea, if you love nothing more than looking out over the ocean with your favourite tipple in hand, then you've certainly come up trumps with this place. Enjoying panoramic vistas of the sparkling seascape and cloudless skyline, when it comes to scenery, you couldn't want for much more. It's completely breathtaking – a recurring theme as we take a wander around the villa itself... Let's have it right – any home with views like this is going to steal a little piece of our hearts, but take it from us, this place will have you hook, line and sinker. A modern sanctuary steeped in grandeur, even the choosiest of travellers would be clutching at straws to find fault here. From the sleek floor to ceiling windows to the glass–panelled staircase and ultra–modern pendant lights, we can't pin–point one exact thing that's great about this home, because each and every nook, cranny and corner is just as wow–worthy as the next. Quite frankly, we're a little bit stuck for words, and we're sure you'll be the same. Fancy a swim? Plunge into the depths of your very own private pool and enjoy a much–needed cool down from those scorching Croatian rays. Or perhaps a juicy, fresh fruit salad is what's taking your fancy? In which case, dining al fresco on the terrace is an absolute must. You're going to want to spend as much time as you possibly can at this villa, but if you do find yourself craving a venture out, the beautiful village of Rogoznica is awash with bars, restaurants, cafes and shoos, meaning you'll never be short of things to see and do. There's also a choosing of rocky and sandy beaches to pick from, allowing you to enjoy many a coastal stroll.
