When a home has an infinity pool blessed with a glorious view of the Ionian Sea, you really have no choice but to kick off with that fact. However, this villa close to the northern coastline of Lefkada is far from a one-trick pony. Sticking outside, there's plenty to keep you occupied after you've finished frolicking about in the pool's cooling waters. The loungers offer a lovely way to soak up some sunshine, while the covered outdoor kitchen and dining table provide some welcome shade, too. There's a lot to like about the home itself, as well. The architect has mixed more traditional features, such as the exposed stonework and patterned tiling in the kitchen, with contemporary additions, like the pastel-shaded bedrooms and the large glass doors in almost every room that bring in bountiful amounts of natural light – as well as looking out to the coastal vista. When it comes to seeing a little more of the island, there are plenty of beaches a short drive away, including Tsoukalades just over ten minutes away, while there are museums and restaurants aplenty in the main town of Lefkada, only twenty minutes away in the car.
