Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

With at least two coffee shops and two pubs only a two-minute walk away, this Hackney home is where comfort and creativity come out to play. Walk into any room here and you’ll be met by striking art that sits in beautiful contrast against the statement walls and wooden floors. Furnished with style and comfort in mind, everything that occupies this space doesn’t just look good, but it serves to make your stay as cosy as possible. Head outside first thing in the morning to enjoy your coffee – if you’re early enough you might even catch the sunrise – or spend hours reading on the floral chair with the fire crackling next to you. Head into the kitchen to work on an elaborate Full English for breakfast, but not before opening the bifold doors and putting some soft music on, dance like no ones watching whilst you cook and gather around the beautiful dining table to eat and plan the day. With London being as well connected as it is, this marvellous city is your oyster – Buckingham Palace is a forty-minute journey on public transport and from there you can easily take a twenty-five minute walk to Oxford Circus for a bit of shopping, or walk the same distance in a different direction and get to the London Eye where you can marvel at the amazing views over the city. Closer to home, you can spend an entire day at Victoria Park – an eight-minute walk away – just remember the picnic blanket, supplies and a good book, before ending your day with a cold pint in one of the many surrounding pubs

About Hackney

Hackney – the name of this neighbourhood is now more likely to evoke the image of a hipster on a bicycle with a sourdough loaf stuffed in their satchel rather than anything else. Filled with great independent restaurants, cafes and pubs, this part of town is a delight to explore. The green expanses of London Fields and Victoria Park are pretty unbeatable on a summer's day and be sure to check out Broadway Market and Victoria Park Village too, where you'll wander through leafy streets of period houses, and rub shoulders with London's hip young arts and media types.

Known as the ‘People’s Park’, Victoria Park is East London’s favourite open space. In the summer it’s often taken over by festivals, while its V&A Playground is also wonderful for youngsters.
