Gloriously green and forty minutes from central London by tube, the Thames-side neighbourhood of Richmond offers a slice of tranquillity amidst the city's hustle and bustle. You'll find this home here, just a seven-minute stroll from Kew Gardens and a fourteen-minute amble from Richmond's high street, where you'll find plenty of cafes, shops and eateries alongside cultural gems, including the Bowman Gallery and the historic Richmond Theatre. From the outset, this home exudes sophistication with its red-brick facade and stately entryway. The interior is equally as exquisite, with high ceilings, shiny oak floors and large windows ushering in floods of sunlight. There's plenty of space for you and your clan to unwind, with five generously sized bedrooms and two reception rooms, dressed for relaxation with ample plush sofas and a generous selection of books and board games. Though this home's pièce de résistance is undoubtedly the open-plan kitchen and dining space – boasting marble countertops and state-of-the-art appliances, the kitchen is beautifully equipped with home chefs in mind. Here, floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer a seamless transition into the garden. Cocooned by lush foliage and boasting two patios, it's a lovely space to enjoy your morning coffee and dine alfresco in the... sunshine.
