This central home provides an idyllic base for a solo traveller, a couple, or close friends seeking a modern oasis right in the heart of San Sebastián’s Gros neighbourhood. As soon as you arrive, you’ll immediately be struck by the amount of natural light pouring into the open living space. Curated with a minimalist eye for design, the kitchen sets a striking impression with its sleek white surfaces and mid-century-style breakfast table – perfect for a quick coffee before heading out for a day paddling the waves and absorbing the Basque sun. After a day in the waves, we know you’ll be seeking a rewarding dinner. We recommend Ganbara, just a fourteen-minute walk from your apartment, for their pilgrimage-worthy pintxos – the boletus mushrooms grilled a la plancha are lovingly coated in silky egg yolk, whilst the spider crab tartlet is particularly memorable. When you’re ready to wind down, fall into your soft sheets – the perfect way to end a salt-soaked day.
