The Cathedral of San Lorenzo, with its black and white striped façade and frescoed interiors, is a ten-minute ride or under a twenty-minute stroll away. It's the same distance to Piazza de Ferrari, the city's main square and the Carlo Felice opera house. The Aquarium of Genoa, housing around 600 species, is just a few more minutes.
