Set amongst ranches, preserves, hiking trails, and the occasional golf club, this all-American home is all about welcoming you into a tranquil space in which to fully unwind and shake off the hustle and bustle of city living. It starts at the coffee bar first thing in the morning where you’re able to freshly brew your cup of choice before heading out to the observation deck. From here you can watch the sun rise if you’re an early bird, but this space will remain peaceful and special, regardless of the time of day – and there are many more like it on the property. Relax with a book in the swing, take an afternoon nap in the hammock, enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony, or take a refreshing walk down to the canyon behind the house. Early mornings can be spent in meditation or by practising a yoga flow poolside. After a refreshing swim, spend the rest of the morning poolside until it’s time to fire up the barbecue for lunch. Head out after to explore the area beyond – there are some truly fantastic hiking trails including Hippie Hollow Park right by the Colorado River – and gather around the fire pit at night to roast marshmallows.
