And at only a six-minute walk to Historic Fourth Ward Park, green spaces add yet another layer of zen to this surprisingly central location. As soon as you step inside, you’ll be wowed by the 20-foot ceilings of the lofty living space. Housed in a former industrial building, we love the contrast between soft, luxurious interiors and raw architectural features. Exposed pipework and distressed columns look super stylish alongside opulent finishes like marble kitchen worktops and chunky wool throws. Bathed in light from enormous panelled windows, the understated colour scheme of white, creams, and neutrals is beautifully illuminated. That said, the remote-controlled blackout roller blinds will keep the city out at night. We can’t imagine anything better than sinking into the modern sofa in the evening with a peach margarita in hand. Scandi-style minimalism may be the theme of the home, but your experience here can certainly still feel distinctly Georgian.
