This home, as part of a row of Georgian townhouses in the affluent neighbourhood of Clapham, is architecturally designed with an eye for beautiful details. Modern throughout, some of our highlights include parquet flooring, the floating steps down to the dining space, and the wall-to-wall doors that run adjacent to the kitchen. The whole space feels fresh and livable, creating a very chic home away from home. Make it even homelier by kindling a fire in the wood-burning stove as you gather around for a game or two of Clue. Given the size of the kitchen, there’s more than enough room for the entire family to tackle breakfast duties together. Whip up pancake batter and have each member bring their creations to life before taking to the bright dining space to dive in. Of course, if the English weather permits it, you’ll want to take every opportunity to dine alfresco. With all of the natural vegetation, the garden feels secluded and very peaceful, perfect for when you’re enjoying a good book and a glass of wine. Explore the many cafes and parks that lie only a short walk away, or make use of public transport to get you around London... – a trip to Buckingham Palace, as an example, will take you only twenty-eight minutes. Art enthusiasts might be interested in Van Gogh Walk, Van Gogh House, and Cafe Van Gogh, all within a six-minute walk away.

Stunning leafy terraces of period Georgian townhouses sit happily alongside 1960s social housing blocks and the architectural landscape can change significantly from one street to the next. Stockwell is known for having the largest Portuguese community outside of Portugal, with an estimated 27,000 Portuguese people living in what has become affectionately known as ‘Little Portugal’ -...
