Situated in peaceful Guadalix de la Sierra, just a fifty-minute drive from the heart of Madrid, you can spend the day in the city then return to the relaxing tranquility of this home with ease. It's a true sanctuary that feels a million miles away from the bustling capital. The owners have a great eye for design, and you'll notice the are plenty of gorgeous details dotted throughout the home, from the pieces of modern art to the traditional touches. And, the outdoor space is just as fabulous – you'll love sipping a cool drink on the lawn in the sunshine. Plus, there's even a versatile swimming pool, complete with a cover which will ensure it's a comfortable temperature for your dip. Mountain bikers will be in heaven here, thanks to the fantastic bike routes that weave through the Spanish landscapes. The Cuenca Alta del Manzanares Regional Park is a great place to walk or cycle – the rocky scenery is simply breathtaking.
