The architect has undoubtedly sought to maximise upon the sunny weather that abounds in this corner of the world, with a whopping six balconies offering a choice of spots from which to feel the rays on your skin. The tall doors leading out to these outdoor spaces also have the added benefit of flooding the interior with natural light. Of course, we imagine that you might not be spending all too much time indoors given the wealth of attractions that lie nearby. The golden sands of Playa la Malagueta is twenty minutes away on foot, while the botanical gardens in the Parque de Málaga are only five minutes' walk from the front door. The Picasso Museum is only ten minutes' walk away, too.
