Offering access to lush green spaces, shopping and entertainment facilities as well as a new 18-hole golf course designed by sporting legend Tiger Woods, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to deciding how to spend your downtime. But, first things first, make time to appreciate all that is unique about this home’s incredible location. Why not wake early and take a morning dip in the residents only infinity pool or perhaps start the day with a workout in the neighbourhood’s state of the art gym before getting the gang together for breakfast in your large living cum dining room and making a plan for the day. Indulge in a little retail therapy at the community’s fully-fledged shopping centre or choose to visit one of several malls nearby—Ranches Souk is 10 minutes’ drive away—before stopping for coffee in the hydroponic café. Alternatively toss, hit or kick a ball around at one of the volleyball or tennis courts or football fields before grabbing a bite to eat at either one of the more authentic or familiar restaurants within the neighbourhood.
