This is one of those radiant homes that brighten the Devon coastline. Decorated in splashes of colour, flooded with natural light and shaped by plenty of space, it's an oasis of modern comfort. An airy living room – fitted with a cosy sofa and cute four-seater table – is the central point of the home. It's a snug space that's perfect for relaxing with a film or sharing fish and chips on the dining table. Open the patio doors of the living room and you'll find the home's undoubtedly highlight – a dreamy balcony. Huge and stretching, it's an idyllic spot to settle with views of the Teign Estuary and the sprawling hillside. We'll warn you now, once you've admired the view, it will spark your thirst for coastal exploration. Thankfully, you don't have to travel far to find the beauty of Devon. Back Beach is just five minutes away, a paradisal spot near inviting restaurants, bars and pubs. After a hearty pub lunch or quick snack, burn off the calories on the numerous coastal walks that emblazon the shoreline. Or, jump in the car for half an hour and reach the expansive greenery of Dartmoor National Park.
