This beachfront home has bagged itself a prime spot on a quiet stretch of Sussex coast. Boasting panoramic sea views, you’ll have your own private beach area here with direct access to the main beach. With a pizza oven, gas and coal barbecues, and a huge table, alfresco dining will be a breeze. When it comes to relaxing, you’ve got plenty of outdoor spots to choose from – including two bathtubs overlooking the water – and if the weather isn’t on your side, the indoor pool table awaits. Location-wise, you’re a five-minute walk from the nearest village, where you’ll find shops, bars, and restaurants, and within an easy drive of the seaside towns of Littlehampton and Worthing.

One of the bedrooms is in a separate annexe. Guests staying in this room have use of a shower room and WC in the main house.
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the double sofa bed in one of the double bedrooms – this is best for children.
While the outdoor dining table is big enough to accommodate everyone when the home is at full occupancy, the indoor dining table only seats twelve.
Hen and stag parties and same-sex groups are strictly not allowed at this home.
