Step into this beautiful cob and stone home, and you’re stepping into a piece of history as the oldest residency of the English Riviera. Dating back to the fifteenth century it exudes charm, with the warm colours, comfortable furnishings and characterful exposed oak inviting you in and wrapping you up in a warm hug. At the heart of the home is an open-planned kitchen, dining and living area, just perfect for gathering with loved ones, cooking a hearty meal and finding the time to reconnect. We love the quiet calm of this home, the peaceful surroundings calling for you to switch off from your normal day-to-day life and just relax. The flexible bedroom set-ups make this an ideal location for larger groups to enjoy together, whether you like to holiday with family or friends. Plenty of shared outdoor space gives you the option to take the gathering outside to enjoy a balmy summer evening when the weather is just too good to stay indoors. When you can tear yourself away from your rustic retreat, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing a stretch of coastline. With small pebbled coves to larger sandy beaches just a short distance away, there’s... something for everyone. Just as enticing, you can pop on your walking boots and head out on a hike along the South West Coastal Path, taking in some of the most beautiful scenery in the UK.
