Simple, yet captivating in design, this fresh and spacious home is the perfect base for anyone looking to properly explore Tel Aviv. Set parallel to Gordon Street and Ben Gurion Avenue, you’ll not only find yourself surrounded by local coffee shops and galleries, but the famous Gordon Beach lies only five minutes away. Explore the trendy shops at Dizengoff Square or swim in the Gordon saltwater swimming pool right on the boardwalk by the marina when you’re not sunbathing on the beach. When you’re ready to put your feet up, you can return to the comfort of this home. Enjoy romantic meals together at the glass table or pour a tall glass of wine and watch the sunset from the balcony as you nibble on some of the local wares. Evenings can be spent curled up on the couch with a good book or movie and when you’re not eating out, prepare a platter with falafel, hummus and pitta to enjoy sprawled on the lounge floor whilst playing a round of scrabble.

About Old North
Spanning from Arzolorov Street to Park Hayarkon, the Old North is a well-kept neighbourhood full of classy sea-facing bistros serving Mediterranean delicacies as well as chic cafés and mainstream shopping streets. Its most famous street is Dizengoff Street. Even though many of the shops are high-end, the restaurants and bars are affordable, and many Tel-Avivians come here to enjoy a drink in some of the stylish cocktail bars that are dotted along the street and its offshoots.
