Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Perfectly placed, this apartment offers you the best of both worlds – easy access to the hustle and bustle of the city of Tel Aviv, and also the quiet calm of the coast. Step inside and you’re met with sleek, minimalistic design. Natural light floods through the patio doors and bedroom windows to bounce off the white walls, making the whole space bright and airy. Throw open the doors to the balcony, and you can feel the breeze drifting in from the ocean as the scent of the sea hangs in the air. We love the balcony here – it’s something of a rare treat in Tel Aviv. Grab a bottle of wine and settle down to watch the sky change through a range of colours as the sun slowly sets over the Mediterranean sea. If gazing out to the sea isn’t enough and you long to feel the sand between your toes, it’s just eight minutes on foot to Frishman beach – one of Tel Aviv’s finest. You’ll also find Shlomo Lahat Promenade close by, perfect for an after-dinner evening stroll as you listen to the calming sound of the waves lapping at the shore.

Local guide
About Kerem Hateimanim
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
