Feel the stress melt away with a stay in this chic apartment, perched just a five-minute walk from Herzliya's Acadia Beach. With a shared pool and sleek living spaces, there's plenty to love here, but the balcony is our favourite spot – how could it not be, with the Mediterranean glistening in the distance and blue skies on the horizon? We could spend all day sitting here, basking in the ocean air, swapping our morning Kafe Botz for a glass of wine come evening. And the breezy atmosphere continues inside, where a light-filled living space awaits after a day in the sun. Sink into the plush sofa and sprawl out for an afternoon catnap while keen cooks rustle up dinner using local ingredients like Israeli couscous and hummus to share around the dining table. Don't fancy cooking? Fantastic bars and restaurants line the waterfront and the marina, so you'll have plenty of choices. Location-wise, you'll find Herzliya to be a hub of activity – and it's just twenty or so minutes by car from Tel Aviv. Head to the beach for sunbathing, kayaking, surfing or volleyball, or take it easy and stroll along the seaside promenade as the sun goes down.
