Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

They say that variety is the spice of life and in the case of the interior of this apartment in central Tel Aviv, it certainly rings true. Indeed, the mixture of period features and contemporary flourishes make this address a rather unique place to stay. Just like much of the city's architecture, there's a strong Bauhaus influence, particularly in the functional dining bench and rich-brown parquet flooring, but the stark white walls, geometric tiling and Insta-friendly shelves of house plants bring the space bang up-to-date. One thing that never goes out of style is natural light and it's fair to say that the home receives its fair share from the large windows. We should also probably mention that location is nothing short of superb, as well. The golden sands of Gordon Beach take just over five minutes to reach on foot, while Kikar Dizengoff and the Bauhaus Center both lie a similar amount of time away. You'll never be short of restaurants or cafes to visit in the local neighbourhood, either.

About Old North

Spanning from Arzolorov Street to Park Hayarkon, the Old North is a well-kept neighbourhood full of classy sea-facing bistros serving Mediterranean delicacies as well as chic cafés and mainstream shopping streets. Its most famous street is Dizengoff Street. Even though many of the shops are high-end, the restaurants and bars are affordable, and many Tel-Avivians come here to enjoy a drink in some of the stylish cocktail bars that are dotted along the street and its offshoots.
