Perched way up high on the 36th floor, this apartment has a pretty impressive view of Tel Aviv. From the balcony, you can gaze out over the city's white architecture and streets, which stretch on until land meets the Mediterranean Sea. It's the sort of panorama that rewards closer inspection, so it's a good job that there's room to sit and rest your drink in the outdoor space. The home's double-height window means that you can glimpse out at the urban landscape when you're inside and it also has the added perk of bathing the interior in copious amounts of natural light. This asset is accentuated by the stark white walls and sleek surfaces. Aside from a few pieces of artwork, there's a minimalist approach to decoration, which makes for a space that feels contemporary and effortlessly cool. In the local area, there are plenty of options for shopping, with TLV Fashion Mall and Sarona Market both about five minutes' walk away from the building. A little further afield, the old town is half an hour away on the bus, as is Charles Clore Beach and the adjoining park that shares the same name.
