This Wimbledon wonder comprises all the things we love about this famous spot. For tennis enthusiasts, a soft half-size tennis court forms one part of its enormous garden. Or, maybe the private pool will tickle your fancy after a day of playing doubles. As if the space outside wasn’t enough, well, the space inside is not only vast but beautiful and intricately decorated. Pops of colour and bright stretches of glass – with this little bit of luxury, you'll quickly forget the hustle and bustle of London. This vast family home still manages to maintain its cosiness with themed rooms and connected social areas. Host to a wonderful open-plan kitchen and dining area, home cooking will be a staple most evenings, before retiring to one of two living rooms. After a day exploring Wimbledon Common and Village on your doorstep, the grand master bedroom, with sweeping views, may be how you choose to end your day. Designed for comfort and style, the luxuriously large white freestanding bath will be the bubbly haven you expect from this suburban escape. For a family enjoying a holiday retreat, the remaining four bedrooms are spread across both floors offering privacy but warmth in this home-away-from-home. When you’re ready to do it all again, a morning cuppa on the expansive garden patio area will be the perfect start to the day. Watch the swifts swooping across the lawn and you'll have a little slice of the country, just a few minutes away from vibrant London.

About Wimbledon

It might well be most people's primary association with the area, but the truth is there's so much more to Wimbledon than tennis. With the wilds of the Common, plus verdant Richmond and Wimbledon Parks close by, and the village at the top of the hill, visitors would be forgiven for thinking they'd left London altogether. Central London is actually only 30 minutes away by tube so Wimbledon really does represent the best of both worlds. With its parks, leafy streets, period houses, excellent pubs and boutique shopping, it's little wonder that Richmond is so popular with affluent families.
