Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

In the time it's taken you to read this sentence, you could have walked from your apartment to the beach. Ok, maybe give or take a few seconds, but you catch our drift. Located right by the glistening coastline of Tel Aviv, you're presented with a luxury apartment that's perfect for large groups of friends or families. Light and airy, it's an apartment that radiates under the sun and dims with a quiet comfort in the evening. The open-plan living space is flooded with natural light and adorned in cosy seating options. Choose between the sofas or the dining table for wholesome group meals, passing around the bowl of hummus and tucking into a falafel wrap. Venture up from the living room and you'll reach the jewel in the apartment's crown – the idyllic rooftop balcony. Two sun beds and a cute cushioned sofa face the stunning shoreline, punctuated by high-rise hotels and skyscrapers. We appreciate that for most of you, the view won't be enough to satisfy you – you want to experience the beaches yourself. Luckily, you're just twenty seconds away. When you're so close, you're almost obliged to spend sunny afternoons on the golden sands, touched by the gentle waves lapping onto the shore. After a day of sunbathing and swimming, wander inland to find the markets, cafes and restaurants that define Tel Aviv.

About Kerem Hateimanim

Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
