Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

On the corner of central Frishman Street and the vivid Dizengoff Street, this home is located in a towering and prestigious building which offers fantastic city panoramas from its balcony terrace on the fourteenth floor. Each morning, you will be greeted by these views through the large living room windows that lead out onto the balcony. Why not breakfast here overlooking the city before you head out for the day? The famous Dizengoff Square is just around the corner where you can admire the iconic fountain, or stop for lunch or dinner in one of the bustling bars, restaurants and cafes in Dizengoff’s centre. What’s more, beach days aren’t far away, under 700m from your door, or you can enjoy a quiet pool day with the building’s on-site swimming pool. In the evening, we would love nothing more than to end our days with dinner or a nightcap on the balcony watching the cityscape descend into night-time.

About Old North

Spanning from Arzolorov Street to Park Hayarkon, the Old North is a well-kept neighbourhood full of classy sea-facing bistros serving Mediterranean delicacies as well as chic cafés and mainstream shopping streets. Its most famous street is Dizengoff Street. Even though many of the shops are high-end, the restaurants and bars are affordable, and many Tel-Avivians come here to enjoy a drink in some of the stylish cocktail bars that are dotted along the street and its offshoots.
