Just a two-minute walk from the beach and a ten-minute walk to bustling markets and vibrant streets, it's the ideal blend for your Israeli escape. Despite its prime location, the apartment holds a quiet calmness at all times. Floor-to-ceiling balcony doors and pristine, tiled flooring infuse the living room with floods of natural light. It's a room that radiates in the mornings and hums with relaxation in the evening. A sofa and dining table provide the social spots to share falafel and hummus whilst you chat about the day's adventure. On the warmer days, you can move out to the sun-soaked balcony, feeling the fresh air lace your skin. That feeling is reminiscent to the sea breeze, a welcome refreshment to scorching days by the beach. Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
