This elegant home in fashionable west London is just over a twenty-minute walk or six-minute ride from Regent's Park, and it's a few minutes less to the Lord's Cricket Ground. There are plenty of boutiques and cafes on Clifton Road, while for Beatles fans, Abbey Road studios are also nearby. Other attractions include the Natural History Museum, the British Museum and Buckingham Palace, all just under 3 miles away. Set over two floors of a large Victorian house, this apartment has high ceilings and wooden flooring. We love the period fireplace with its over-mantel mirror, as well as the feature wall with panelled artwork. Open up the French doors to the Juliet balcony and enjoy a truffle chicken and potato gratin prepared in the modern kitchen. This home is perfect for a family, group of friends or business professionals seeking a sought-after address.

About Maida Vale
Leafy Maida Vale is one of London's most sought-after residential areas and for good reason. If you sidestep the tourists posing for photos on the zebra crossing made famous by that Beatles cover, you’ll quickly find what makes this part of town quite so special. Home to beautiful streets of white stucco houses, the very instagrammable canals of Little Venice, and lots of interesting places to eat and drink, Maida Vale residents certainly know how to live well. The BBC's Maida Vale studios means that many residents are bigwigs in the music and creative industries.
