High up in the Axarquian countryside, tucked into the foothills of the Sierra de Almijara and Sierra de Tejeda mountain ranges, this charming villa is a vision of yellow. This vibrant oasis offers plenty of space for relaxation and a sprawling backdrop of the herbaceous valley. As soon as you arrive you’ll be met with a marigold façade, but step inside and you’ll find a palette of crisp white and hints of its sunny exterior. The open-plan living space is thoughtfully designed to celebrate the natural elements – sliding glass doors allow you to admire the expansive views from your plush sofa. You’ll love opening the doors each morning as the sun rises and savouring the quiet beauty of this setting with a coffee on the terrace. Days can be spent floating in your pool, stretched out on the loungers with your holiday read or grilling up some padron peppers on the barbecue – the outdoor dining room is our favourite spot from which to enjoy the panoramas. As the stars descend, pour a glass of Macabeo and soak up the balmy evening heat with your loved ones. Just a short drive away, you'll be able to make the most of the... pristine beaches and quaint seaside tavernas of Torrox. When it's time to explore the great outdoors, make the drive to Nerja, where you will find spectacular hiking trails and birdwatching tracks up in the Sierra de Almijara mountains.
