This home is spread over two levels with no internal lift
The ground floor is provided with underfloor heating, while the first is equipped with electric radiators
The bedrooms, living room and kitchen are provided with ducted air-con, while the dining room and the top floor are fitted with split air-con
You will need a car to get around – there's space to park at the house
The pool is heated from the 1st of April until the 31st of October
The plot is fully fenced so it's suitable for younger children – your host provides a baby upon request
