Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

This one bedroom apartment is located away from the centre of Paris in the 17th arrondissement, perfect if you’ve ticked the tourist hotspots off your list and want to immerse into a real local’s neighbourhood. Just off a main street, the apartment overlooks a beautiful plant and flower-filled courtyard. It is light and bright, and has a quirky mixture of vintage furniture (like the Louis XVI armchairs in the living room), modern design (like the well-equipped kitchen) and hand-made artefacts (like the furniture robot created by your hosts brother!).

About Batignolles

Batignolles is a laid-back part of town where different generations live happily alongside each other in a trendy and unpretentious atmosphere. Host

This home is managed by Olivier

This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Olivier is a Parisian working in the movie industry. He has lived in this neighbourhood for two years, seduced by the calm atmosphere of the apartment. The decor in his apartment is a real collaboration - alongside his antique dealer friend, he's bargained his way through the markets of Paris to find truly unique period furniture, and his brother made some of the furniture and objects and his paintings are on the walls.
