If you're looking for peace and tranquillity, you've found it here. This converted barn has been lovingly restored to welcome two people to switch off, relax, and enjoy the rolling hills and wide-spanning fields. Sitting on a farm, the cottage embraces its rural surroundings while still being completely private in its own courtyard, with a personal garden too. The cottage itself is bright, warm, and inviting, with huge windows flooding the home with beautiful natural light. Whether you're catching up on your booking on the rocking chair upstairs, or getting cosy and watching TV by the fireplace, you'll love spending time in this peaceful, romantic retreat. Surrounded by idyllic hills and fields that seem to stretch on for miles, you might not think you're so close to several vibrant towns. Cornworthy is just a five-minute drive away – a quiet, welcoming village, with a great village pub. But if you travel a bit further than that, the bustling seaside town of Dartmouth is full of beautiful beaches, waterfront cafes, and local boutiques. It takes just twenty minutes to get to Dartmouth by car, which is the same for the charming market town of Totnes. Teeming with historical sites and a... fun, artsy atmosphere, you'll love exploring Totnes and its galleries, museums, and narrow streets. When you return home after a long day of exploring the Devon coast, nothing beats opening a bottle of wine to be enjoyed out in the garden. The views of the rolling hills are particularly beautiful at dusk, as you watch the sun lower behind them.
