Combine all the fun of the farm with a stay near the coast at this home in the village of West Alvington. Less than a ten-minute drive from Kingsbridge and with Devon's south coast on its doorstep, it's the perfect spot for a family break or a gathering of friends. Set on a working farm, it's a fully modernised former barn with contemporary styling, sociable living space and an outdoor terrace with a barbecue. Huge windows and French doors bring the outside in, and the kitchen extension, with its high ceiling, is a real showstopper. Elsewhere, a first-floor living room makes the most of the views across the surrounding farmland with impressive Juliet balconies and we particularly love the vast master bedroom. As well as your private terrace and a lawned area, you'll also have a games barn with table tennis, a darts board and storage space for any water sports equipment or bikes you might want to bring along.
