Situated in the popular pier area of Southwold, not far from the sandy beachfront, pastel-coloured beach huts, and, of course, the pier itself, this coastal home is the perfect retreat for couples or small families. Boasting a private rear courtyard – planted with beautiful greenery – this home offers the ideal spot for your morning coffee on a sunny day. Just a short walk away, and you can reach the sandy beach for days spent paddling in the sea, building sandcastles or simply reclining in the sunshine. Plus, you’ll also have easy access from this home to the town’s various amenities and the many footpaths across the marshes, ideal for walks with your furry four-legged friends. In the late afternoon, the home’s bright sitting room features plush sofas, so why not sit back and relax with your favourite holiday read? Then, for dinnertime, head through the French doors to the patio where you can fire up the barbecue and dine alfresco, to enjoy the fresh sea-salt air.
