Tucked away in delightful Polruan with its own secret, walled courtyard garden beyond the gate, this charming cottage is the perfect Cornish retreat. The south-facing patio has a lovely Mediterranean vibe with its lush plants and terracotta flowerpots. Head through the stable door, and you’ll find a colourful kitchen perfect for cooking up a seafood feast. This home is a house of joy and is ideal for a family or two couples. Out and about, there are shops, cafes and two village pubs a short stroll away. The harbourside and glorious coastal walks are right on your doorstep. Or do some beachcombing – the seashore is 400 metres away. Polruan Castle, on the other hand, is a five-minute stroll. If you want to explore the town of Fowey opposite, the Polruan Ferry takes you across the estuary in under fifteen minutes, or a ten-minute drive will take you to the Bodinnick Car Ferry.
