This impressive country home is an ideal base for a wholesome break in North Devon. This traditional beamed house has been lovingly renovated into a modern retreat. This home borders North Devon’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and provides easy access to Cairn Nature Reserve and the sprawling sands along the Devonshire coast. Inside, the large open living space is homey and contemporary, creating a comforting place for you to unwind after a day walking the South West Coastal Path. Curl up on the plump sofas with your holiday read in front of the crackling fire, gather around the family-style dining table to enjoy home-cooked dinners, and settle on the terrace with a glass of locally-produced wine. If you’re here for the summer, you’ll love spending days out in the garden where you can recline to soak up some English sun, prepare a barbecue feast on the patio and sink into the hot tub as the moon illuminates the sky. The house is in a rural spot, so you’ll want to bring your hiking boots. There are countless country walks and footpaths to explore. There's something for everyone on this stretch of the Devonshire coast, whether you prefer sun-soaking with a... good book, swimming in the waters or strolling along the powdery sands of Woolacombe Beach. Try your hand at paddleboarding, enjoy a seafront picnic or follow the path up to Baggy Point for stunning views at sunset.
