Spend afternoons hanging out in the hammock by the pond or settle yourself onto one of the deck chairs to catch some rays with your holiday read. Cooler evenings call for snuggling up on the sofa by the living room’s wood-burning fireplace with a glass of wine and gathering for an intimate meal under the cross-beamed ceiling when you’re not out sampling the seafood fare in one of the neighbouring coastal towns.
