Replacing the old station house on the outskirts of Cromer, this home is part of a small new development – super stylish and designed with plenty of wow factor. Set into a sloping site, it's been cleverly laid out over three floors, with its large, open living space on the first floor yet with direct access to the garden. And although the garden isn't huge, we've fallen for its charms – tucked away and private, the deck is a real sun-trap. Here the decor isn't cosy cottage but sleek and modern, with comfortable furnishings and practical space. Perfect for a family or a couple of families sharing, it's all about crisp white walls and bright, cheerful styling. A central staircase divides the living room, with a seating area for relaxing in front of a film, a dining spot in front of the patio doors and a high-spec kitchen. And with four bedrooms (three on the ground floor and a more private main suite on the second) it's not short on space. Right next to the local woods, you'll be able to nip out for a walk after breakfast or head into town for some of Cromer's famous shops and eateries. It's perfectly... placed for exploring the Norfolk coast and the little local zoo is within walking distance too.
