Situated on the southern edge of the charming Georgian town of Holt, this immaculately maintained bungalow is a little under half a mile from its historic centre, lined with independent shops, eye-catching antique shops and quaint tea rooms. On sunny summer days, drive the 5 miles to the spectacular Salthouse Beach for a spot of sea fishing. Alternatively, enjoy a dip in the shallows at Sheringham Beach, just along the coast. Once evening rolls around, we can imagine sipping a glass of wine out in the enclosed back garden with a sizzling barbecue soundtrack. And if it gets chilly, why not retreat inside and cosy up on the couches in the living room? Elsewhere, the interior packs in plenty of period charm alongside more contemporary fixtures and fittings – guaranteeing a comfortable stay as you strike out to explore the spectacular coast and countryside of North Norfolk. At the end of the day, retire to three individually decorated bedrooms, with a restful night's sleep all but guaranteed in this quiet corner of the town.
