This beautiful home boasts Georgian grandeur in the heart of the West End of Edinburgh. The property was built around 1850 but was renovated in 2021 – the elegance remains, but the home has been brought thoroughly up to date. You can expect to find high ceilings and huge floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the home with light, alongside period features like columns in the queenly bedroom. Modern convenience can also be found in the sleek kitchen, where you can whip up anything from Champagne cocktails to full-blown feasts. Of course, the apartment is in such a convenient location that you might prefer to dine out. It takes just six minutes to stroll to Princes Street, and there are endless eateries nearby – whether you’re seeking a cosy cafe, a refined restaurant, or a lively pub. You can stroll to Edinburgh Castle in twenty minutes, taking in the historic Royal Mile on the way. All of the city’s major sights are within easy walking distance, but a three-minute walk will take you to the tram if your feet need a break.
