We love the carefully chosen decorations here that add a touch of beach flair to the proceedings – think potted palms and rattan ornaments – while the tall ceilings give it a sense of space that amplifies the sunlight pouring in through the large windows. Climb the stairs to find the pared-back bedroom which opens out onto a sun-drenched private terrace – the ideal spot to begin mornings over coffee or to end each night with a glass of Spanish wine. Outside of your home, Valencia Old Town is a twenty-minute Metro ride away where you can explore Mercado Central and the UNESCO-listed Lonja de la Seda, while all around your neighbourhood, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to indulge in authentic Valencian paellas, traditional seafood stews, and delectable horchatas.
